Rajlakshmi Saikia is Genpact’s new VP- Global Learning Operations

Genpact has announced the elevation of Rajlakshmi Saikia to the role of Vice President - Global Learning from her current role of AVP - Talent Development.

In her role as Global Learning Operations, she supports Genome, the company's initiative to reskill its 90,000+ employees globally to build digital transformation capability for the future.

The learning platform is developed on the premise of collective intelligence systems inspired by a decade of research conducted by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is the first 'for collective intelligence, by collective intelligence' digital transformation learning system in the world.

Confirming the news to People Matters, Saikia shared, “Genome leverages the collective intelligence of the company’s network and enables learning in the flow of work at scale. My role is to operationalize learning to reskill our 90000+ employees globally on critical skills for digital transformation.”

In her earlier roles at Genpact in the past 7+ years, Saikia has led Talent Development, Communication, and Learning technology implementation and is experienced in both business and corporate level roles.

An alumni of People Matters where Saikia worked as Practice Head - Events & Special Initiatives, she has also worked as Deputy Editor - The Human Factor at Planman Media. She also worked at Planman Consulting in a Client Servicing (T&D) role. With over 16 years of diverse experience in talent development, learning technology & talent marketing accomplishments in startup & large-scale organizations, she has been recognized by Jombay as the Top 40 HR Leaders in India and by SHRM as one of the Top10 HR Influencers.
