TriNet appoints Jay Venkat and Jeff Hayward as new Chief Digital and Innovation Officer & Chief Technology Officer

Human resource solutions provider TriNet has announced the appointment of Jay Venkat and Jeff Hayward as the new Chief Digital and Innovation Officer and Chief Technology Officer respectively. As per their new role, they will be charged with spearheading TriNet's goal to leverage technology and research new hr tech solutions for their client base.  

Both appointments would be effective from June 30th and report directly to TriNet President and CEO Burton M. Goldfield.

As the new CDIO, Venkat will be responsible for TriNet's strategy, products, transformation, and cybersecurity functions. He is a digital and technology transformation veteran including agile ways of working and large-scale re-platforming. Previously, he was working at Boston Consulting Group, where he spent the majority of his two-decade career and led their Technology, Media and Telecom practice area in North America, as well as the Firm's San Francisco and Silicon Valley Offices.

Joining Venkat is the award-winning global technology and engineering executive who brings to TriNet more than 25 years of experience, Jeff Hayward. Prior to TriNet, he was the Senior Vice President of Product Engineering for Airline Solutions at Sabre. He also counts Unisys, Dell and EMC as his previous employers. In his new role, Hayward will be responsible for overseeing technology throughout the organisation, including driving a large-scale technical transformation to enable the future state of the PEO platform.
