Deakin, DIAT tie up

Deakin University, Australia has forged a new research partnership with the Defence Institute of Advanced Technology (DIAT), Pune. A range of new collaborative research projects building on the strengths of both institutions will be explored under a Memorandum of Understanding signed by Deakin Vice-Chancellor Jane den Hollander and DIAT Vice Chancellor Prahlada in Hyderabad. The partnership is part of the Deakin India Research Initiative which aims to develop research models that bridge the gap between academia and industry.
