Deutsche Bank to open tech innovation labs with Microsoft, IBM, HCL

Deutsche Bank plans to partner with Microsoft in Berlin, HCL in London and IBM in Silicon Valley to open three innovation labs, as part of the digital initiatives under its larger strategy to spend up to 1 billion euros over the next five years. "These labs will act as a bridge between start-ups and different parts of the Bank, enabling it to apply innovative technology to enhance service to clients and internal processes," said Henry Ritchotte, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Digital Officer of Deutsche.
