Entry level lacks soft skills

A survey conducted by Hay Group reveals that entry level professionals lack self-awareness and self-management skills to succeed in their organisations. A similar trend was observed globally in the United States and China. 89 per cent of business leaders and HR directors in India covered in the survey are worried about the quality of their future leaders.
