Attrition to rise by 20 per cent

According to news reports, attrition across sectors in 2015 is likely to rise by up to 20 per cent.  As the amount of activity in the job market is expected to rise, it will result in a rise in attrition. Sectors, such as ITeS, software, and IT will likely demonstrate the maximum amount of attrition.
