Campus hiring picks up in India

Aon Hewitt’s campus hiring study reveals that hiring trends from campus have picked up. The number of candidates placed from campuses has gone up, besides an increase in salary packages. Besides providing campus hires with job rotation opportunities, companies are also building in leadership development plans for the campus talent.
