E-comm, startups become preferred campus employers

E-commerce firms and startups have become preferred employers in the campus circuit. The trends in some of the top campuses in India, such as the IITs, NID, IIMs etc. indicate that candidates prefer them over traditional employers. These firms also offer higher salaries and higher responsibilities compared to jobs offered by traditional employers.
