Even Gangs are facing talent crunch?

“Gangs have started outsourcing their operations for killings and extortions as they are finding it increasingly difficult to find new recruits”, reads Times of India in today’s newspaper. This is not surprising. the prerequisites are a long list of capabilities and experience that is unique to the job: extend and nature of jail time, knowledge of escaping the police, knowledge of the city and a wide range of underworld contacts among other abilities. While any organization today is facing challenges of access to talent, maybe for once lack of access to talent might have a positive impact in society.
