Online hiring activity has been steady in 2015 and the job market optimism will likely continue in the coming months, according to a Naukri.com index report. The hiring numbers in January 2015 are almost the same as last year’s indicating a steady hiring market. Based on other economic signs of revival, job hiring activity is likely to pick up in the coming months.
