India 3rd in passive talent targeting
LinkedIn released its 2015 edition of India Recruiting Trends which states that the country is the 3rd globally in terms of passive talent targeting. The US and China are ahead of India in passive talent sourcing. Overall globally, 75 per cent of candidates consider themselves passive and 61 per cent of companies consider recruiting passive talent.
