New twitter personality profiling tech for recruiters

Researchers are developing a software that can predict a candidate’s personality and behavior through his/her Twitter behavior. The software is in the testing phases, but the researchers said 80 per cent of the results were highly correlated with the findings of in-depth psychometric surveys. They interviewed 4,243 employees to collect 450,000 pieces of data to ensure that the analysis measures the sort of characteristics sought by employers.
