Talent demand in BPO up by 5%

According to a recent analysis by RecruiteX, more than 30 per cent of all new BPO jobs in the coming months will come up in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. In addition, talent demand in this sector has increased by 5%. The growth in demand is an outcome of BPO companies diversifying into other capabilities, thereby requiring new talent steams.
