Talent demand in solar power rises

As the solar power industry is on a growth path, demand for talent in the industry continues to rise. The government has set a target of installing 100 GW of solar power projects by 2022. The plan is expected to create approximately 7 lakh jobs. At present, the country has only 3GW of solar installations.
