Temporary staffing gaining ground

Temporary or contractual staffing are gradually gaining ground in India. The organised flexible staffing model has been around in India for quite a while in both the white collared and the blue collared workforce. Temporary staffing is increasing at the rate of 10-15 per cent annually in India.
