HR goes digital for Motilal Oswal Financial Services

With the attempt of making HR simpler, Motilal Oswal introduced a mobile app to its employees that has a  method of marking attendance, applying for leaves and other benefits. With the help of the app, staff members of the company mark their attendance through cell phones by switching on their location. Also, they can apply for leaves easily through this digital platform.
