Winners of L&D League Awards 2016

A process which started four months ago which received 270 applications and among them 181 were unique organizations -- finally culminated at the Awards Night on October 20. 

The People Matters L&D League Annual Conference gave a platform to the organizations with the best practices in learning and development to showcase how L&D is creating an impact to their respective businesses; and the organizations with the best of the practices were felicitated as the L&D League Awards Winners across five categories:

  • Best in accelerating leadership development 
  • Best in culture transformation
  • Best in L&D re-engineering
  • Best in onboarding solution
  • Best in redefining technology in learning


Here are the organizations that bagged the top honors

Best in accelerating leadership development : Vedanta
