Snapdeal Rewards 1,200 Top Performers

Snapdeal, seeking to ensure employee loyalty at a time when Indian ecommerce companies are growing at break-neck speed, has rewarded about a third of its staff with stock options. In order to achieve this, it expanded the proportion of equity that can be distributed as options — to 10% from 6%.
