Archana Bhaskar, the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, has resigned from her position, the company said in a BSE filing.
She will cease to be the CHRO and senior management personnel of the company, effective as of the close of business hours on November 30, 2025, the company further disclosed.
Bhaskar joined the company in 2017, where she led the HR function and corporate communications for the organisation, according to her LinkedIn profile. Before that, she had a long stint with Shell, where her most recent position was VP of HR for Global Commercial. In this role, Bhaskar was heading HR globally for Shell's lubricants, aviation fuels, and specialities businesses.
Bhaskar also had a successful stint with Unilever of more than 14 years across India and Europe.
Bhaskar holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts from University of Delhi's Lady Shri Ram College for Women, and a degree in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
