V N Tyagarajan, COO, Genpact said today that their clients are now better placed at making decisions as compared to six months ago. Relating this to a general feeling that the economy has bottomed out, he continued that he had noticed that while decision making is not accelerating he feels that there has been a shift in confidence. According to the results for 2009, each of the 36 client relationships had accounted for $5 million of Genpact’s revenues in the past year - up from 29 such relationships at the end of 2008.
