Government should stipulate the notice period to a month: Report

Hush, an Employee focused HR tech platform, recently revealed the findings of its survey, ‘India Employee Survey’ with IT companies which explained that 83 percent of employees want the Government should stipulate the notice period to a month. 

The employees feel the organizations misuse the notice period as the three month notice period is used as a mere retention tool by employers and it creates anxiety among employees.

The survey saw the participation of  2800 employees from IT companies such as TCS, Wipro, Accenture, etc across Bengaluru, Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Chennai.
