His experience spans across industry sectors of Consulting, IT, Financial Services, Telecom and Manufacturing. He has also been the Head of Reward India and South Asia at Standard Chartered Bank, Head of Reward at Sapient Corporation and a Senior consultant at Watson Wyatt now Willis Towers Watson. He is a Chartered Accountant and has Executive Education from Harvard Business School in the area of Leading Change and Organization Renewal.

Sukanya Ramachandran, Rewards Head - Americas and LATAM, Wipro

Sukanya Ramachandran has more than 14 years of experience in the IT industry. Her experience spans the areas of business partnering, talent management, executive compensation, long term, and short-term Incentive design and management. 

She has built expertise in the domains of Geo compensation, sales compensation, Long term incentive design, mobility, executive pay, and talent management processes like  Performance management and succession planning.  She currently leads the rewards portfolio for the USA, Canada, and LATAM for Wipro.

Deepa Chaudhari, Head of Rewards, South Asia RB

A Tata Institute of Social Sciences alumnus, Deepa has spent more than a decade in the talent management space. She started her career as a Business Technology Analyst with Deloitte and soon after in 2014, she started her journey with HR. She has worked with companies like Philips and Hindustan Unilever. 

At Reckitt she has held several roles from HRBP to now heading Rewards & Benefits for South Asia. At PMTRWC 2021, Deepa would be talking about building an effective rewards strategy.
