It seems the long and painful days of fasting are finally going to pass as the India Inc. gears up to make fresh recruitments. According to a recent survey by famous job portal, Naukri.com, companies in India have increased their recruitment activities in July this year thus infusing fresh lease of hope in an already optimistic job environment. In coming days, professionals in India, especially those in sectors like Telecom, Infrastructure and Energy may find themselves having to choose between a number of job offers in coming months.

And to add to the good news, there are already reports of IT majors like HCL and Bharti Retail planning to increase their workforce in future. While HCL plans to add 2,000 more to its pool of software engineers in the next four months, Bharti Retail intends to take its workforce from the current 2000 to 60,000 by 2015.
