In the Right Management & People Matters Study, about 79% of respondents have a HiPo Development Program in their organizations, but more than half of the respondents feel that less than 50% of their HiPo talent plays the role of a brand ambassador for their organization.

120 companies across industries participated in the Right Management & People Matters Study on High Potential’s (HiPo’s) – Your Brand Ambassadors Survey 2016. In its fourth year running, the HIPO week brings business and HR leaders together to deep dive on how to make their HIPO programs more impact. This year, the HIPO week gathered inputs and insights on how HIPOs and HIPO programs are a lever for Employer Brand that leads to both attraction and retention of key talent.
