A snapshot of the key findings of the People Matters-Monster.com survey on employer branding

People Matters and Monster.com ran a survey in June 2014 among 85 India CEOs across industries to identify how they view their organization’s employer brand. According to the survey, almost two-thirds of the Indian CEOs plan to play a role in employer branding. About 59 per cent of Indian CEOs believe employer branding’s importance has increased this year. Here is a snapshot of the key findings:
