Wishup plans to add 400 employees

Virtual assistant startup Wishup is planning to add 400 people on board in next twelve to sixteen months. The global strength of the company will be around 500 after this hiring.

The startup schedule meetings, manage calendars, conduct research, plan travel, perform recurring tasks and take care of other priorities work through a subscription model.

According to a media report, the company will use the pre-series funding they received from Inflection Point Ventures in August to bankroll the hiring.  The company is planning to add the maximum number of employees in their sales and marketing team.

Commenting on the development, Neelesh Rangwani, CO- Founder said, “The virtual assistant market is well developed in the US. Here, since the startup market is booming, there’s a need for assistants, but the need wasn’t fulfilled so far. We have companies located in tier-2 cities who use our services, as well as clients in the US and Australia.”
