This year, in partnership with AON, the evaluation process becomes even more rigorous with the volatility and disruptions surrounding the future of work. The six-stage evaluation process begins with an online application form from December 20 where candidates register details about themselves. The chosen candidates are then evaluated on personality, cognitive and functional assessments, developed by AON on HR competency framework to evaluate business acumen, effective partnership and technical acumen.

As one progresses to the next stage, which is bifurcated into two parts, there is case-based situational judgement tests (SJT) to assess an individual’s attitude and behaviour to diverse work-related scenarios as well as a video interview round, where candidates have to answer pre-determined questions to gauge core competencies.

If you clear these three rounds, you move to one of the most acclaimed rounds, CHRO coaching where the likes of Shraddhanjali Rao, Google; Vikram Tandon, Adani Group and Girish Menon, Swiggy, among others will guide and mentor you on the key skills and capabilities to become a people and business leader. It will be a month-long process where each CHRO will mentor the candidates in groups.

And in the end, it culminates into CEO july evaluation, which is a virtual face-off with a panel of visionary CEOs, such as Kamal Bali, Volvo India; Samir MC, Fortune Park Hotels Ltd. and Maharaja Heritage Resort ITC Ltd. and SV Venkataraman, Bengaluru Service Centre ANZ, among others. This jury will finally identify the emerging future HR leaders, who will be recognised at Asia’s largest HR and Work Tech Conference, People Matters TechHR 2024 in the presence of the entire HR community.

This is your ultimate chance to transform yourself to lead the future of HR. The only eligibility criteria for candidates to keep in mind before applying is falling in the age range of 26-35 years, with a minimum experience of three years in HR, holding an HR role at the time of registration.

So, prepare yourself to take your career to the next level with People Matters Are You In The List in partnership with AON, that’s changed the lives of many. Register now and to get to know the story of past winners, follow the #AreYouInTheList for updates and interviews.
