Partners for a Common Goal

With the 4th Are You in the List coming to a succesful end, we look back to the partnerships that made all this possible.

No journey is possible to reach a successful ending without the help of key factors to push one ahead. In our modern day this role is played by getting the right sponsors on board. Bringing people who support your understanding of impact onboard further boosts the chances of creating synergies and working together towards a unified future.  It is a powerful complement to ones attempt to bring about change, in addition to having a significant influence on the way of functioning. 

Our journey towards reaching out to innovative leaders and recognizing their contribution in the HR domain has been made true with the support of our sponsors.  It is strategic to partner with different organisations on areas of their excellence.  Being able to get the right partners of the right piece has helped the Are You in the List initiative reach its logical end.  After running an application process for a period of 3 months, the first stage of assessment began. The initial assessments were done in a partnership with Development Dimensions International  (DDI).  Since 1970, DDI has been helping hundreds of corporations around the world close the gap between where their business needs to go and the talent they must have to take them there. Using DDI's world-class learning and assessments systems, successful Cognitive Ability Test and Leadership Assessments were performed .  Our background verification partner AMS Inform, helped us to understand each candidates performance better. Through the ams:verify platform AMS Inform provides a flexible online environment where clients can request applicant profiles and public information.  Our gamification partner,  Knolscape helped provide free learning simulations to our chosen candidates. A firm dedicated to towards talent acceleration, KNOLSCAPE  uses experiential learning products. The focus is also to help organizations attract, grow and retain talent. A lot of  Global Fortune 500 companies and Top-10 B-schools use KNOLSKAPE's products and solutions for on-boarding, training, assessments and talent engagement.

Moving ahead, we had the support from our Associate Partner, Video Recruit who provides automated interviewing services. Working closely with them, the “Are You in the List” initiative used their platform to create and execute an efficient short listing process to choose the winners.  Using new technologies to improve the recruiting process, Video Recruit provides all the services through a unique and accessible platform.  Our Gift Partner, Book My Show , helped curate excellent rewards for our winners. Being the biggest online movie and events ticketing brand in India, there support was of immense help to conclude the event.  We also had the support from our B school partner, Jaipuria Institute of Management, to address key areas.  Jaipuria Institute of Management is known for its innovations in the field of Business Learning. The curriculum and pedagogy at Jaipuria makes the student a partner, an active participant in the teaching-learning process. The focus is to get the students intellectually involved in understanding of concepts that organically leads to true learning.  

Finding the right partners is important to drive results.  And this certainly holds true for the success of People Matters ‘Are You in the List’ initiative.
