Outcome (‘learning’ and ‘adapting fast’ that comes from a failed effort is also an outcome)

Three key learnings that you have picked up from your team

People are often not aware of what they are capable of achieving. Work is not an end but a means to an end. Recognition is here and now.

Leadership potential, a learning mindset, and achievement orientation

A people focussed leader who always empowers and challenges the team.
