Sangeeta Chandran. Head, Safety and Well Being, TCS

With a career spanning nearly 25 years, Chandran has been a part of TCS since its takeover of Citigroup Global Services Limited in 2009. She is a certified Carkbuff and REBT counsellor and an expert in corporate CSR, diversity, ethics and values. As the head of safety and wellbeing at TCS, she has built a framework for the emotional and mental wellbeing of employees. Chandran will be a part of an insightful panel discussion on ‘The Care-Innovation Nexus: Designing for Future-Fit Employee Health and Wellness’, wherein her rich experience and expertise will help total rewards and wellness leaders understand how they can disrupt the traditional playbook using innovative technology.

Shifu Kanishka Sharma, 34th Generation Shaolin Warrior, Shaolin Temple India

With more than 38 years of dedicated martial arts training, Shifu Kanishka is the first Indian to have earned the title ‘Shifu’ from the Shaolin Temple in China. He has mastered seven different martial art styles and is the first to introduce combat styles like Pekiti Tirsia Kali and Rapid Assault Tactics in India. He's also been a trainer and mentor for the Indian Special Forces. At the conference, Shifu Kinshuk will lead an experiential masterclass on ‘Uniting Mind, Breath & Body: Energise with Qigong’ to help attendees explore how different elements like breath, movement and focus can unlock vitality, balance and clarity. 

Luke Coutinho, Holistic Nutrition - Integrative and Lifestyle Medicine

Luke Coutinho practices holistic nutrition, and integrative and lifestyle medicine, and has been a visionary in the field. He founded Luke Coutinho Holistic Healing Systems Pvt. Ltd. and his signature YouCare wellness programme has consulted and treated over 20,000 patients with diverse ailments such as diabetes, Alzheimer’s, cardiovascular issues and rare metabolic syndromes. Besides being the founder of several popular wellness enterprises and platforms, Coutinho currently serves as the Chief Program Mentor and Founder at the Lifeness Science Institute. He will share his wealth of knowledge in a fireside chat on ‘Cognitive care: Maximising Brain Health for Better Business Outcomes’ at the conference, where you can learn how to strengthen your brain muscles for better business agility and adaptability.

Debra Corey, Best-selling Author, Consultant and Keynote Speaker

Debra Corey will deliver the opening keynote on ‘Ripping Up The Rewards Rulebook’ at TRWC 2023. With more than 30 years of experience across diverse industries, Corey is the author of five best-selling books and has been named among the Top 101 Global Management Influencers and HR’s Most Influential Thinkers. After working for over 20 years as an HR leader, she now offers consulting and leadership workshops to inspire and help organisations get their HR strategies, initiatives and culture right. In her keynote, she will rebelliously challenge traditional reward thinking to help you understand why and how to put your people at the heart of rewards.

Lakshmanan M, CHRO, L&T Technologies

With over three decades of experience in HR, Lakshmanan is one of India’s leading voices on people innovation and challenges. With expertise in diverse sectors like engineering, IT, defence and telecom, he is a change management specialist with rich experience in total rewards, talent management and HR business partnering. Before joining L&T, he has been a part of Capgemini, Mphasis, Hexaware Technologies and Tata Communications. At the conference, he will be a part of the power panel ‘Solving The Performance Puzzle with Personal Value Proposition’ to help you figure out how pay, benefit and wellbeing initiatives can be integrated to provide a holistic approach to employee fulfilment.

Dr Nandini S, Senior Vice President and Group Head - Compensation & Benefits, Infosys

Dr Nandini, with over 23 years of experience, has led diverse functions in HR, including organisation development, Infosys Leadership Institute, HR shared services and employee relations. A key member of various talent management forums like ATD and the corporate executive board, she holds a PhD in Human Resource Management and Behavioural Science from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Masters in Mathematics. She will be joining Lakshmanan on the power panel with insights to help talent practitioners understand how to design rewards that make work and life better.
