Attrition in India highest amongst Asian companies

In the midst of economic downturn, most Asian companies still continued to see growing employee turnover according to global HR consultancy Hewitt Associates' annual Asia Pacific Salary Increase survey for 2009-10. Amongst the four markets that reported maximum employee attrition, India reported the highest with 13.8% followed by Australia, New Zealand and China.
