This spike signals a rebound in the job market as hiring activity picks up, especially in sectors like Data Science, AI, Cybersecurity, and Digital Marketing.

Over 66% of the listings are concentrated in data and tech roles, underscoring the demand for specialized talent in the rapidly evolving digital landscape, according to the study by Great Learning, a leading edtech company.

According to the latest Naukri JobSpeak report, the IT sector has experienced a notable 18% year-over-year growth, with AI/ML roles surging by 31%. The most sought-after positions include Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Data Engineer, and Business Analyst—essential roles that drive data-driven decision-making and digital innovation.

A notable trend is the growing demand for fresher talent, with entry-level positions (0-3 years of experience) accounting for 59% of all job postings.
