Accenture elevates Deepa Chandrasekhar to a new role

Deepa Chandrasekhar, who was working with global management company Accenture as Associate Vice President, HR is elevated as Vice President HR in a new position. 

Deepa joined Accenture in 2015 as Associated Vice President managing the HR vertical for the management company. 

Before joining Accenture, she was working with Kotak Mahindra Bank as Process Head, Talent Acquisition. She was responsible for defining and delivering the HR strategy for the Business Unit and responsible for end to end HR beginning with Talent Acquisition and through the employee lifecycle. 

She was also responsible for essential HR initiatives PAN banks such as Competency Mapping, Employee Connect initiatives, employee communication and deployment of overall people strategy. Apart from Kotak Mahindra, Deepa has also worked with other organizations such as Standard Chartered Bank and ANZ in various capacities. 

She is a graduate in a Behavioural Psychology and an MBA. She also pursued a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology.
