Alorica, a global player in next-generation customer experience (CX) solutions, has appointed Majid Ali Khan as director of HR and head of talent acquisition (TA). Khan is a global Leader in the field of talent acquisition and HR at various larger corporate setups and start-ups.

In his new assignment, Khan holds the responsibility to grow the company in the India region by catering to all the talent-related needs of the organisation through internal mobility as well as talent attraction and acquisition from the market across all levels.

Previously, he has worked with brands such as Mphasis Limited, Aditya Birla Group (Minacs Ltd.), Religare, CAPITA, Hewlett-Packard/ formerly EDS, Tata BSSL, and InfoCepts as the Global TA Head.

Khan comes with 19 years of experience in the field of HR and talent acquisition and human resources management at the Global and India level where he has been instrumental in setting up business and growing the existing business in various capacities by catering to the talent and human resources needs.

He has completed his MBA from Pune University and his graduation from Ness Wadia College, Pune.

Khan is a COPC HPMT certified HR professional and holds a certification through Chrysalis HRD for competency-based recruiting methodology and behavioural interviewing skills and techniques.
