Anand Rathi Wealth, a leading wealth advisory firm in India, has announced the appointment of Tejal Shah as the Head of Human Resources with immediate effect.

In her new role, Tejal, who brings over 20 years of industry experience, will oversee the company’s HR function. Her core expertise encompasses Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Assessment Centre, and Succession Planning. She has been associated with the company since February 2021.

In her previous roles, she served at the Multi Commodity Exchange of India as the Assistant Vice President of HR for over 11 years. She also worked with Croma Infiniti Retail Ltd. as the Manager of Human Resources, Bennett Coleman as the Manager of HR, and Times Retail as Senior Officer.

Shah, who holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Mumbai University, has wide experience in HR across diverse sectors, including Retail and Warehousing, and Stock Exchanges. The company, in a BSE exchange filing, stated, 'Her expertise in leading HR functions encompasses Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Assessment Centre, and Succession Planning. Her significant contributions include playing a pivotal role in automating the comprehensive Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for the organization.'
