Aurigo appoints HR executive Divya Kiran as vice president, HR

Aurigo strengthens its leadership team as it names Divya Kiran vice president of human resources to support global growth.
Aurigo Software has appointed Divya Kiran as vice president, human resources, as the infrastructure software provider moves to strengthen its leadership and organisational capabilities amid global expansion.
Kiran will build and lead Aurigo’s global HR function, aligning organisational design, leadership development and performance frameworks with the company’s operating model across product, engineering and customer experience teams, the company said.
The appointment comes as Aurigo accelerates its growth strategy, driven by rising demand for capital planning and construction management software among infrastructure owners and public-sector clients.
Seasoned technology HR leader
Kiran brings more than two decades of experience in human resources leadership across global technology companies. She has held senior HR roles at organisations including Google, Ericsson, Myntra, Rakuten Group and Hike Messenger, working across periods of rapid scale and organisational change.
She was among the early HR leaders at Google India, where she partnered with leadership to establish foundational organisational and staffing processes as the business expanded.
Commenting on the appointment, Balaji Sreenivasan, chief executive officer and founder of Aurigo Software, said the move reflected a deliberate investment in governance, leadership depth and organisational discipline as the company scales.
“Establishing a global HR function is a deliberate investment in governance, leadership depth, and organisational rigour,” Sreenivasan said, adding that Kiran would work closely with the executive team to build systems to support long-term performance and manage complexity.
Focus on scale and execution
Kiran has led multi-region HR operations across APAC and EMEA, built teams spanning technology, product and enterprise functions, and worked on diversity and inclusion initiatives. She has completed the Global Fellow Program in Talent Management at the Wharton School and a Global Lead Tech MBA from EADA Business School.
Kiran said joining Aurigo at a phase of global expansion was a key attraction of the role. She said her approach would focus on listening to teams and designing people strategies that simplify execution and improve collaboration.
Growth backdrop
Aurigo has expanded rapidly in recent years as infrastructure owners increase investment in capital planning and project delivery. The company’s software is used across sectors including transportation, utilities, healthcare, retail and government, supporting projects primarily in North America while expanding into new geographies.
The company has also been investing in AI-driven capabilities, aimed at enabling customers to manage complexity, deepen domain expertise and build future-ready skills as projects scale.
Kiran’s appointment signals Aurigo’s intent to strengthen its people and leadership infrastructure as it enters its next phase of growth.
