Ghag firmly believes CHROs should interact closely with the employees, especially those at lower levels in the hierarchy. He is yet to have his first interaction with the CEO post taking over his new role.

An alumnus of Mumbai and Pune University, he also has a certification from XLRI in HR and Business Excellence. Former lead of business excellence and Chief Value Officer, HDFC, he was also among the 100 most influential HR professionals in Asia as ranked by CHRO Asia.
