Capgemini has elevated Tarunpreet Singh Pahwa to senior director – global strategic deals, talent solutions and HR analytics, strengthening leadership within its human resources function as the company sharpens its focus on data-led workforce strategy.
The company said Pahwa will oversee the alignment of talent strategy with business priorities, with a particular focus on large-scale strategic deals and advanced people analytics. His remit includes shaping workforce frameworks for complex client engagements and enhancing HR analytics capabilities across global markets.
The appointment comes as professional services firms increasingly integrate talent planning with deal execution, using data to support growth, efficiency and delivery outcomes.
