CARE Ratings promotes Binita Deb to Associate Director–Human Resources

CARE Ratings has promoted Binita Deb to Associate Director – Human Resources, strengthening its leadership bench as the company sharpens its people strategy and internal capability development.

Deb announced the elevation in a LinkedIn post, saying she was grateful for the opportunity to continue leading HR business partnering and performance management while expanding her responsibilities into talent management, a focus area she described as “truly passionate about”. She thanked senior leaders Rupali Srivastav and Aniruddha Sen for what she called their trust, guidance and continuous support.

Deb has been part of the HR function at CARE Ratings for several years, contributing to core people processes and supporting business teams across the organisation. Her experience spans talent enablement, policy implementation and performance frameworks, areas seen as increasingly critical in a sector navigating regulatory change and rising competition.
