CleverTap names Zeeshan Ramlan as Global Vice President and Head of HR Partnering and Ops
CleverTap, a US-based SaaS company, has appointed Zeeshan Ramlan as the Global Vice President and Head of HR Partnering and Operations, effective immediately.
In his new role, Zeeshan brings around 15 years of experience across financial technology and IT Consulting sectors. Most recently, he has been serving as the Senior Director and Head of Human Resources at CoinSwitch since 2021.
In his previous roles, Zeeshan worked with Intuit as the Global HR leader overseeing People, Culture, Diversity, and CSR initiatives, and with Infosys as the Senior HR leader and HRBP. His core competencies include recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, employee relations, compensation and benefits, talent development, and rewards. On the academic front, Zeeshan holds a BCom degree in HRMS from St Aloysius College, an MBA degree in HR from Symbiosis International University, and a PhD in HRMS from SRM University.
