Before joining Conde Nast, Zeenat Burji was working with EY Perthenon as Head of HR. She has done her Masters with Honours in Human Resources Management from London. 

She has worked with companies such as Boston Consulting Group in Learning & Development, Recruitment and Affiliation and Masala World (London), specialising in ER, Payroll, Disciplinary and Grievances.
