E2E Cloud has appointed Sonam Arora as Head – People & Culture, bringing in an experienced HR leader as the cloud infrastructure company strengthens its organisational capabilities.

Arora announced her new role in a LinkedIn post, stating she was “happy to share” that she was starting the position at E2E Cloud. She joins after nearly two decades of experience across high-growth technology and digital businesses.

Prior to this move, Arora served as Vice President – People & Culture at Baazi Games, where she led HR strategy for the gaming platform. Before that, she held senior HR roles at The Good Glamm Group, including Head HR – Retail and Head HRBP – Corporate.

Her earlier experience includes serving as HR Head at fintech platform INDmoney and as AGM – HR at HT Digital Streams. Over the course of her career, she has worked across media, consumer internet, fintech and digital-first organisations, focusing on talent acquisition, business partnering, total rewards and HR technology.

Scaling HR in high-growth firms

Arora describes her approach as treating HR “like a product”, built around user needs and powered by data. Her career has centred on building HR systems that scale alongside rapidly expanding businesses.

She is an alumna of XLRI Jamshedpur, where she completed an executive development programme in human resource management.

E2E Cloud, headquartered in India, provides cloud computing and infrastructure services, positioning itself as an alternative to global hyperscalers. As competition intensifies in the cloud and AI infrastructure space, talent strategy has become critical for firms seeking to scale engineering, sales and support operations.

While the company has not publicly detailed Arora’s immediate priorities, the Head – People & Culture role typically encompasses workforce planning, organisational design, leadership development and cultural alignment during growth phases.

The appointment comes as technology firms recalibrate hiring and retention strategies amid shifting market conditions and increased focus on operational efficiency.

Arora’s mandate is expected to focus on strengthening organisational processes and building a scalable people framework to support E2E Cloud’s expansion ambitions.
