Ex-HSBC HR leader Dimple Kaloya joins MetLife GCC as CHRO

Dimple Kaloya takes charge of the people agenda at MetLife Global Capability Centres, bringing experience in workforce strategy, organisational transformation and global HR leadership.

MetLife Global Capability Centres (MGCC) has appointed Dimple Kaloya as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective 17 August 2026, marking a key leadership addition as the organisation continues to strengthen its people and organisational capabilities.


Kaloya joins MGCC from HSBC, where she spent seven years in senior HR leadership roles, most recently serving as Head of People, Global Capability Network India and Group Functions Global Capability Network and Technology Centers. Her appointment places her at the centre of MGCC's people and organisational strategy as the company focuses on building future-ready capabilities.

Kaloya arrives at MGCC with experience spanning strategic business partnering, organisational transformation, operating models, talent management and workforce strategy.


Before joining MetLife, she held multiple leadership positions at HSBC, where she led people initiatives across complex global businesses. Her work included business partnering, leadership development, employee experience, employee relations, organisational transformation, modern HR practices and large-scale workforce programmes.


Her career also includes leadership roles across several organisations, including:

  • Standard & Poor's

Across these organisations, she worked with leaders across APAC, India, the Americas and EMEA, helping align people strategies with business objectives.
