After working with Kronos for more than twelve years with James Thomas, former Country Manager, Sales and Services, Kronos India has started his new innings with SAP India as Vice President SAP SuccessFactors India. 

During his stint with Kronos, He created a robust team of sales & services professionals’ which consolidated the India business for Kronos. 

Sharing about his stint with Kronos on his LinkedIn profile, he wrote, “The excitement of evangelizing workforce management in India and enabling organizations in India to strive for HR operational excellence and to harness the potential of workforces better. It has been exciting, rich in learning, and hugely rewarding in success and growth.”

Under his leadership, Kronos launched a set of new solutions ‘workforce dimensions suite’. These suites boast of features like timekeeping, scheduling, absence management, analytics, data collection, and compliance mapping.

Before joining Kronos, he was working with Oracle as General Manager for India and also Director, Asia Pacific. During his seven years stint with Oracle, he managed different markets of South Asia, Greater China, Australia - New Zealand and India. The region was very different in culture, approach, and building relationships.

During his early years, he has also worked with companies such as Indal and Al- Saleh. He is an alumnus of NIT, Calicut.
