Former Lenskart Chief of Staff takes on leadership role at Pando, focusing on people and culture in the US.

Anupriya Jain, who previously served as Chief of Staff to the Founder and CEO at Lenskart, has taken on the role of Head – People & Culture at Pando, a US-based company, starting August 2025. Her appointment marks the next chapter in a career dedicated to organisational development, culture building, and leadership excellence.

Jain's career at Lenskart spanned over four years, beginning as Head – Culture and Organisation Development (May 2021 – Feb 2023), before she moved into the Chief of Staff role (Mar 2023 – Jul 2025). During this period, she was instrumental in driving initiatives around employee engagement, leadership alignment, and organisational transformation in one of India’s leading tech-enabled retail companies.

In her LinkedIn announcement, Jain shared her excitement for the new role, highlighting the opportunity to shape people strategy and organisational culture in a global setting. While she did not provide detailed specifics of her responsibilities, she expressed enthusiasm for learning from the Pando team and contributing to the company’s growth in the US market.

Jain is also the founder of Teams Inc., a social entrepreneurial venture established in 2020 that works with startups and NGOs to build effective teams, leadership, and resilient cultures. The venture provides pro bono support to organisations with limited financial resources but high growth potential, reflecting her long-standing commitment to fostering talent and organisational capability.

Her move to Pando aligns with the growing trend of HR leaders taking strategic roles in global companies, especially those operating in technology and AI-driven sectors, where people strategy is critical to scaling innovation and maintaining competitive advantage.

As she settles into her new role at Pando, Jain is expected to leverage her experience in culture transformation, leadership development, and organisational strategy to strengthen the company’s people operations and support its growth objectives.
