Former Tata Power honcho joins Finnish company
Sanjay Aggarwal, a former executive at Tata Power, was appointed as the Managing Director of the Indian arm of the Finnish energy company, Fortum. Fortum has serious expansion plans in India and has demonstrated intent to invest up to Euro 250 million in solar energy in India. The company had recently acquired a 5MW solar plant in Rajasthan.
