Hinduja Renewables Energy Private Limited (HREPL), set up by the global conglomerate Hinduja Group, has appointed Adithiya Venkataraman as Chief Human Resources Officer.

He has confirmed his appointment with Hinduja Renewables in a social media post.

“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Hinduja Renewables Mumbai!,” he wrote on LinkedIn.

Adithiya comes with more than a decade of experience. Starting his career with Ashok Leyland in July 2010, as an executive trainee, he held various other roles including HR during his tenure. He spearheaded compensation and total rewards at Ashok Leyland.

A Mechanical Engineering graduate from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, Adithiya holds his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Asian Institute of Management.
