Hinduja Group has appointed Rahul Baunthiyal as the new Vice President HR. In his new role, Baunthiyal will be responsible for strategic HR projects and initiatives for the Hinduja Group.

Baunthiyal who comes with close to 15 years of industry experience announced his appointment with Hinduja Group through a social media post.

“I'm happy to announce that I’m starting a new position as Vice President HR for the Hinduja Group. I am very excited to be a part of this exceptionally dynamic and empowering group and cannot wait to see where this new chapter of my career will take me,” wrote Baunthiyal in a Linkedin post.

“I would like to thank EY for such a rewarding experience and the leadership team and friends there who helped me flourish in my role and taught me more than I ever thought possible. At the same time, I am excited to start this new chapter with the Hinduja Group.”

Before joining Hinduja Group, Baunthiyal worked with EY as Director – People Advisory Services. He has also worked with TCS as a compensation benefits specialist and as HR business partner with ICICI Bank.
