Hyderabad-based tech and business transformation firm strengthens leadership with a seasoned GCC and digital transformation expert.

Indigrators, the Hyderabad-based technology and business transformation company, has appointed Vishal Mani as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), marking a significant step in its leadership transition. The company announced the appointment on Wednesday, describing it as a move aimed at accelerating its growth and strengthening its position in global digital transformation and GCC advisory services.

With more than two decades of experience spanning Global Capability Centres (GCCs), software R&D, shared services, and enterprise consulting, Mani brings a combination of strategic and operational expertise to the role. His appointment, the company said, reflects Indigrators’ commitment to helping global enterprises build and scale through optimised talent and digital operating models.

Before joining Indigrators, Mani served as Managing Director at Nemetschek India (formerly Spacewell India), where he led the firm for over 12 years, driving expansion and innovation across multiple geographies. He has also held leadership positions at Infosys, Knack Systems and Cargill, where he oversaw technology delivery and business transformation projects across the United States and Europe.

In addition to his corporate career, Mani is recognised for his thought leadership in the GCC and IT-enabled services space, often speaking at international forums on the future of digital operations. Beyond business, he leads community initiatives through his NGO, Saritansh, which focuses on social and educational upliftment.

“I’m excited to join Indigrators at a pivotal moment in its growth journey,” Mani said in a statement. “The company’s purposeful blend of automation, digital operations, intelligent solutions, and GCC enablement truly represents how global enterprises scale. Together, we’ll sharpen execution, expand capabilities, and deliver measurable outcomes for clients worldwide.”

Mani holds an MBA in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi.

Founded in Hyderabad, Indigrators specialises in IT services, GCC advisory, and digital transformation. The firm partners with global clients to design operating models that integrate technology, automation, and workforce strategy, positioning itself within India’s fast-evolving enterprise solutions and GCC ecosystem.

The leadership change signals Indigrators’ intention to expand both its service portfolio and international footprint. Industry analysts see the appointment as an indication of the company’s ambitions to strengthen its role as a strategic partner to multinational corporations establishing or scaling their operations in India.

As India continues to emerge as a global hub for technology and capability centres, Indigrators’ move to bring in an experienced GCC strategist underscores its intent to compete for large-scale transformation mandates across industries.
