Infosys veteran Richard Lobo joins BYJU’S

Richard Lobo, who served in leadership roles at Infosys for more than 22 years has joined BYJU’S as an exclusive advisor.
Infosys veteran Richard Lobo joins BYJU’S

BYJU'S has announced the appointment of veteran HR leader Richard Lobo as an exclusive advisor to help transform its human resources function. Lobo recently resigned from Infosys after serving at the global IT company for 22 years, including eight years as Head of HR.

In his new role, Lobo will be responsible for guiding BYJU’S management on organisational change and transformation. 

Lobo has joined BYJU'S with deep experience in developing global talent and building a culture of success. He also brings expertise in human resources, people process, and organisational transformation, as well as in enabling scale.

Lobo began his association with Infosys in 2000. Before Infosys, he began his career with Godrej group in Mumbai as assistant manager Sales and Marketing in 1996.

Byju Raveendran, founder and CEO, and Divya Gokulnath, Co-founder of BYKU's said that Richard Lobo’s extensive experience and leadership in HR will be instrumental in further enriching our work culture and ensuring that the welfare of our team members remains at the core of every decision we take.
